EU-CHILE dialogues on Sustainable Food Systems: from production to consumption
This workshop comes as part of 11 events of the European Union-funded project “Farm to Fork”. Its main objective is to start a dialogue on Sustainable Food System policies in place or envisaged in Chile as well as in the EU, and to take stock of existing actions.
The main purpose of this technical workshop is to provide a platform to experts from the EU and Chile to discuss and identify where and how their cooperation could be reinforced and coordinated at the political and technical levels.
Referring to the Invitation Letter and provisional Agenda attached, the event will be organised during two half days.
Kindly note that simultaneous interpretation in English and Spanish will be provided during the plenary sessions, and that the participation to this event is free.
Besides, the sessions will be recorded for further use by the EU, as stated in the Privacy Statement document attached.
During this online two half-days’ workshop, discussions will cover the following main topics:
• Session 1: Dialogue on research and innovation for promoting sustainable agriculture
• Session 2: Dialogue on sustainable use of pesticides
• Session 3: Dialogue on food loss & waste
